In the fridge there was a little yoghurt (which was delicious). A comfortable bathroom with a shower with good water pressure and temperature. The hostess Catriona, super friendly and willing to answer all the questions we had. In short: wonderful.

The location was within walking distance of town, and the staff were more than helpful Aswell as that the kitchen had cutlery, plates, cooking utensils and everything you'd need to cook a simple meal for a night in.

The well-appointed, warm cottage provides a balance between old and new with its winsome fabrics and old world fittings, carefully labelled toiletries and treat jars, and local artworks. We appreciated the extras including foody treats, a stack of bathroom towels, a laundry room, and cooking condiments. Day trips to mountain, sea and lake walks are easily accessible all over Co. Kerry, and there are a number of nice local walks without driving anywhere. The host is very responsive; we cannot recommend this special place highly enough.
