The house that we had was very cute and confortable. The house had internal bathroom and toilet and they were very nice and clean too. The dinners in the restaurant were VERY delicios! The view from the porch of the house was fantastic!

Stunning views in every direction that you just can’t get enough of. Be sure to stay at least two days to fully enjoy this wonderful place and explore the surroundings.

The lodge was well-equipped and tastefully furnished. It was clean, with good quality amenities to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay. The host was polite and hospitable, providing good information about the accommodation and surrounding attractions, well ahead of our stay.

Situated in Grundarfjordur in the West Iceland region, Dis Cottages features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The view is amazing, the cottage is right next to the sea, overlooking kirkjufell. What I must acknowledge is that our van got stuck in snow drift, because the wind the night before was crazy, CRAZY, and the owner helped us get our van unstuck. It wasn’t easy and he didn’t even know if it was going to work, but thankfully it did. That’s why I’m giving them the best rating.
