The host was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. The cottage was equipped with everything needed — BBQ area, cutlery, towels, and more.

Full disclosure, you are WAY in there - like, on the hillside. The road getting in is super bumpy and hilly, so not for the faint of heart nor for a SmartCar I wouldn't think. We were in a midsize crossover and it struggled a bit. But once you're in, it's awesome. There are just a couple of buildings, with the amazing treehouse as advertised, and we stayed in the smaller, newer building which is basically on its own private property or section of the larger property. 2 bedrooms, one bath, not much else, really. A small table where you can grab a meal together, couch for 2 where the kids sat and decompressed (after their time in the treehouse) while we made one dinner onsite. Which I recommend if you want a glass of wine, because I was not willing to do the drive in - and all of the gates and locks - after a nice glass of Nero D'Avola. So bring provisions with you! We read, and took note of, that gem of advice from other reviewers and it's critical. But actually the supermarket in Nicolosi is awesome (IMPORTANT NOTE: you want to the Supermercati Deco at Via della Quercia, 24/A, 95030 Nicolosi because the other ones that maps suggest are all closed) and convenient, and so that's a quick and reasonably convenient option. But we hiked, toured the lava flows, kids had a blast in the tree house and on the grounds, and we did Mount Etna one day and Aci Castello (recommend!) another day. Great base camp, nice property and building and just what we wanted to do a couple of days of convening with nature. Fun with kids.

L’établissement At Armando's Home se situe à 26 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Place du Dôme. Everything went perfectly. Armando's hospitality is outstanding. The breakfast he prepared for us was perfect and entirely homemade. His advice was very helpful for visiting Etna and Taormina. The house is nice and has a beautiful view, especially at sunrise.

L’établissement Villa dei Marchesi Carrozza se situe à Santa Teresa di Riva, à respectivement 500 mètres et 14 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Plage de Santa Teresa di Riva et Téléphérique de Taormine -... The Villa was top notch, the breakfasts were excellent and the host could not of been more accommodating and even acted as a taxi service for one of our tours. The most freiendly and relaxing place I have ever stayed and I have been around a bit.

L’emplacement du chalet donne une immersion au sein des vignes et des environs exceptionnels. Le logement correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Tout ça dans un environnement calme et avec une visite chez le viticulteur des vignes adjacentes. La relation avec le viticulteur et sa femme (hôte) fut excellente !

Very quiet, peacefull place in the middle of the wood, but also very well equiped. Perfect contact with an owner 😊 very close to the Etna (cable car, parking etc.)
