The property was so special - its location amongst the forest trees covered in snow, the design of the property and its amenities were all amazing. Sitting in the onsen whilst it snowed outside will be a memory for life. The concierge team were so helpful organizing restaurant bookings, ski lessons, hire cars and shifting our ski gear around Japan.

The host is very friendly and provides adequate information before we arrived at the property. We select to have dinner at the property, and the food is high quality and very delicious. Location is in the quiet area with stunning view of the mountains. The fall foliage around the area is so beautiful.

Such a beautiful property and rooms, staff were lovely, the owner even picked us up from the train stop and dropped us off to our next hotel! Super close to the ski lift as well. Everything perfect!

Le Bocage - Hakuba Echoland Chalets si trova a Echoland, una famosa vita notturna che ospita più di 30 bar e ristoranti. We loved that we had an ample amount of space. The chalet was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of three. We also loved the washer and dryer and how close it was to various restaurants and shops in Echoland. More importantly, through messaging within the booking app the staff at the hotel went above and beyond for us. They were exceptionally communicative in assisting us after my husband left a bag on the Shinkansen from Tokyo. They also provided a free shuttle ride to and from the bus stop which was great. The drivers were so nice

A 22 km da Comprensorio Sciistico Ryuoo, a Nozawa Onsen, Marushige mette a disposizione alloggi con aria condizionata e WiFi gratuito. Questo lodge offre una colazione americana o asiatica. Our favourite thing about the property was the wonderful and welcoming host, Yuki. He was extremely helpful and it is thanks to him and his mother that Marushige is run so brilliantly. Our room was traditional Japanese style and extremely cosy - although we were sleeping on futons on the floor we were very warm. The shared bathroom was very clean and all of the other guests were very respectful. The location was perfect for both getting to the slopes on foot, visiting local onsens and getting dinner along the Main Street. One night we had dinner at Marushige and it was fantastic, we ate some very refined local cuisine - they even served us a local delicacy of horse meat sashimi (I have to admit that I could not eat it as I don’t really eat meat but my husband tried it).

The breakfasts were great and the guidance for restaurants and ski resorts was very helpful. Taka and his wife have created a warm and welcoming environment, I can’t recommend this enough!

ノマの森 Nomanomori B&B si trova a Chino e mette a disposizione WiFi gratuito, giardino, terrazza e bar. C’è un parcheggio privato disponibile sul posto. The hosts are kind and thoughtful and gave us very good advice for dinner locally and for our next destination. Best of all, the breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day. Our room was small, but we knew that when we booked so we were not bothered by that in any way. Aovely way to break up the trip from Tokyo to Kamikochi if you have a car and it is worth a visit just for the sake of being there.

Shiga Kogen Lodge presenta la vista sulla montagna, il WiFi gratuito e un parcheggio privato gratuito a Yamanouchi, a 20 km da Parco delle Scimmie di Jigokudani. MOKO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Meals were amazing. Would come back a million times over.
