The kindness and hospitality of the family are truly rare—I’ve traveled a lot, but this is unmatched! And the farewell gift? Never seen anything like it! One word: THANK YOU. The only problem I see is that we don’t want to leave this place! If you’re reading this review, don’t think twice before I decide to book for the whole year! You won’t be disappointed!

The hosts are absolutely wonderful - so warm, welcoming, and accommodating, which really made the experience special. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The only minor downside is the noise from nearby trains, but if you’re not too sensitive to sound, it shouldn’t be a problem. Overall, a great place with great people!

Located just 1.4 km from Madampe Beach, The Smiling Leaf provides accommodation in Ambalangoda with access to an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as room service. Perfect location and amazing view plus excellent hospitality. The fantastic place for rest, massage and activities. The Owners are amazing and very helpful. The room was incredibly comfortable, cozy bed, great amenities. All area was spotless, the attention to cleanliness was exceptional. The breakfast was amazing, thank you Dagi and Anthea for delivering such an exceptional service throughout my stay, they remembered my favorite juice and always greeted me with smile. I will definitely come back!

Konditsioneeriga majutusasutus THE LODGE by Eco Love asub Galles, 4,8 km kaugusel Galle kindlusest ja 4,9 km kaugusel Galle Hollandi kirikust. We stayed here for three days and felt very comfortable. The cottage built in the garden of the family is very stylishly furnished and has everything you need. Great interior design. It even has a very large refrigerator, dishes, and a sink. Malik and his family take really good care of their guests. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful (so much so that we made ourselves packed lunches). And Malik's brother once brought us some delicious homemade cookies, just because I had told him that I like sweets. You can borrow two bicycles for free, which we did once to explore the surrounding area and ride through the rice fields. Malik is a very good contact when it comes to organizing excursions. He gave us great tips and organized a good driver for a day trip to the rainforest. He also speaks excellent English (which is unfortunately not often the case in Sri Lanka), so it's easy to have a conversation with him. He is an awesome guide himself and spent a morning showing us around the old town and fort of Galle, and we learned lots of new and interesting things. Highly recommend to go on a guided tour with him, if he is around. If we come back to Galle, we will definitely stay here again!
