Our experience at Madabay’s Lodge was outstanding. Maryline is an amazing host who helped us organize every detail of our trip, including transportation and local excursions. All the tours we booked through her were excellent and very well arranged. Her son Sam, made every meal special and paid close attention to our culinary preferences. Both Maryline and Sam were always available, warm, and made us feel completely at home. They are truly wonderful people. A true paradise with amazing hospitality – highly recommended!

Jean-Michel, Florida and the whole team are very helpful and kind. For example, we asked Jean-Michel in an email that we would like to stop at a "supermarket" to buy few things during our transfer from the airport to Doany Beach. He said okay. And soon he sent an email that he had noticed we would arrive on Sunday afternoon when shops are closed and offered that he buys what we need if we send a list, Wow. Doany Beach is beautiful with its white sand beach (no trash only shells) , crystal clear ocean in front of you, no dangerous currents, beautiful corals and fish for snorkelling (it is easier to find them in low tide). And there are no other tourists, maybe another family as guests. We could see sunrise even from our bed, we only had to open our front door facing to the ocean at 6 am. Brown (female) and black (male) lemurs are coming each evening or sometimes in the afternoon. We got bananas from the staff to make lemurs eat from our hands and let us stroke them (except their tails). As there are no shops or markets, you eat what you get. But do not worry, meals are perfectly delicious and sufficient and as a bonus, you eat in the garden with ocean view. Weather (sunny, 29-30 C, no rain during the day) and the ocean temperature were great. Doany Beach has filtered drinking water. We had no problems with WiFi. There is hot water in the bathroom. You may ask for how many night you should book. It can easily be one week. Lokobe Reserve is in walking distance, Jean-Michel came with us to show the way. It is worth checking Doany Beach's own website, where you see many boat tours offered (e.g. Lemurialand+Mont Passot+Andilana beach, Tanikely, Sakatia, Komba, Iranja, etc.). There are also many other program possibilities, like fishing, water skiing, face painting. You also see the prices on the website. Boat trip price is usually for the boat and not per person. Die Sangany Lodge bietet freistehende Bungalows am Strand im Norden der Insel Nosy-Be. Freuen Sie sich auch auf einen Garten und eine Sonnenterrasse. TRAUMHAFT! Wir waren im Baumhaus. DAS war der absolute HAMMER. 2-stöckig mit riesigen Terrassen und vielfältigen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Sehr ruhig und wunderbar gelegen mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Preise mehr wie OK. Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen nach unseren Wünschen gestaltet und auf unserer Terrasse über dem Meer serviert. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betreiberin war stets vor Ort um den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie nur möglich zu gestalten. DANKE YVONNE UND TEAM- GERNE WIEDER !
