Very friendly staff!, they even gave us some coconuts (mind you we asked and tipped them) The pool is daily cleaned and the rooms are in perfect condition. The rooms have AC which is a very big plus!

The couple was very attentive to details and made our stay very comfortable and easy. Casa Maya is closer to Livingston which allowed us going there by kayak by ourselves. Located in Placencia, Caribbean Beach Cabanas is a Adults Only Property, offers a private beach area and free bikes. This was our first "luxury" stay we've ever had, and we loved it. The room was very clean and set up nicely for us upon arrival. When we first got there, we were offered a drink and they got us checked in quickly then showed us to our room. They gave a brief overview of the room and everything available. During our stay, it was our nice little retreat when we got overwhelmed/tired from exploring, which we did a lot. The bartender was awesome and nice to chat with. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well. Not once did we feel like we weren't welcome there. Hopefully we can be back some day.
