With lake views, Finca Mystica is situated in Ometepe and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. The road to there is bumby, meaning that it’s literally in the middle of nowhere/nature. I personally loved that. We drove there by pick up and already the way up there felt like an adventure itself. Once arrived, we saw the magical lights everywhere. The owners really wanna make it a special place, welcome you warmly, have the best food I’ve had in Nicaragua. Whatever you order, it’s amazing. The rooms were super comfortable, big, beautifully decorated and I slept like a baby. The whole area is family-/kid-friendly, nice to calm down, relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. Absolutely perfect.

With garden views, Eco lodge finca magdalena is set in Altagracia and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. The views, sounds of the jungle and the coffee were all amazing! And as an added bonus, you could wash your own laundry by hand.

Breakfast was made fresh every day and was delicious, super friendly and helpful staff, awesome views, & comfy bed. Tim and his family were so lovely and made my stay super comfortable, providing tips for outings, contacts for rentals, and great recommendations overall. My first week stay I was traveling alone and always felt safe and secure.

Set in Popoyo, Monoloko Lodge Popoyo has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy garden views.

At the hotel, all rooms are fitted with a wardrobe and a balcony with pool view. All guest rooms at Monoloko Lodge Popoyo come with a private bathroom and bed linen. We had a super stay at Monoloko - we rented 3 of the 4 cabanas and were well looked after. The cabanas are mega cute & well decorated, the pool is a great touch, and you are walking distance from the beach. What's not to like.

There is a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries in each unit, along with a hairdryer. It felt peaceful and private, yet also safe! We loved the butterflies in front of our cabin and we liked all the greenery. The kitchen was perfect and I loved having two lounge areas (eating and sitting). Staff was very friendly!

Parque Nacional Santa Rosa is 49 km from the accommodation, while Junquillal Bay Wildlife Refuge is 46 km away. This is one of my favorite lodgings during my long travels through Central America. The hosts were exceptional, the meals exquisite, and the space wonderful. The nature surrounding the lodge was an amazing respite from the busy cities. Waking to the sound of howler monkeys and the waves along the shores of Lake Cocibolca was magical.

The bungalow is equipped with a fan, a private terrace that overlooks the mountainside and a private bathroom with shower. The bungalows have a rustic decoration with modern-style details, wooden furniture, floors and beamed ceilings, plus thatched roofs. An incredible place, hidden in nature, respectful of its surroundings and absolutely magnificent

An à la carte, American or vegetarian breakfast is available at the property. At the lodge you will find a restaurant serving local cuisine. Vegetarian and vegan options can also be requested. Everything was perfect! The loveliest hosts, Maykell and his family, and Joe, incredibly welcoming and helpful. Maykell was able to organise motorbike hire, tours, taxis, and anything else we needed. The restaurant food was delicious and so fresh, we ate there many times, and each meal was perfect. The property is stunning, well located, and right in the jungle. The views are superb and we watched monkeys play all morning from our porch. We were lucky enough to try both the quadruple and double rooms, (due to a free upgrade for a few nights) and both were exceptional. Clean, comfortable, and spacious with great outdoor space and views. The wifi worked well during our whole stay. And it was very affordable! Definitely book to stay here for your time on Ometepe!!

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. The location is incredible! You’re in the jungle with so much wildlife around you! The cabins were so cool high up and they had everything you need. Elias, one of the staff was amazing and always chatted to us about our days, what we got up to and any recommendations he had. We hired an atv which they handled for us, everything was just taken care of, could t recommend staying here more! It’s on the side of the island too that everything isn’t too far if you got transport (you need to hire something, a bike, scooter or atv). Also Loki and Lola the German Shepard’s are amazing and super friendly , also the property has pigs and who doesn’t love pigs!
