The mattress is foam and a bit stiff but comfortable. All the windows including the glass door have a blackout roller shade so you can sleep in. There's a double bed for adults and two bunk beds. The bathroom has a stand-up shower, a tiny sink and an incinerator toilet which is very interesting. I think they're planning on changing to a more traditional flush toilet. It's quiet and comfortable. The view is very nice, and the walk around the peninsula is outstanding. Relaxing. Excellent host, very friendly.

This lodge exceeded all our expectations. It is in a great location with an amazing view. The house itself is laid out well and decorated really nicely. We are two couples that stayed here and it was nice to have bedrooms and a bathroom at opposite ends of the house. It was well-equipped and had everything we could possibly need. The outdoor space was great with lots of wood for the fire. The sauna was very clean. The beds are the most comfortable any of us have ever slept in. There are hiking trails that are easy to walk to from the house. We all absolutely loved it here and wished we could have stayed much longer. We will definitely be back next time we are in Norway.
