The beautiful house offers a large common room with comfortable sofas and a wonderful view of the large garden and surrounding mountains. The stylishly furnished room (free upgrade) was very spacious and had a large bathroom and a comfortable sofa. I slept very well in the large bed. The host prepared a very rich and fresh breakfast tailored to individual preferences. The host was also helpful in organising activities in the area and gave some tips. Casafranca was by far the best accommodation of my entire trip through Peru. Highly recommended.

Explora in the Sacred Valley of the Incas was designed as a headquarter from where to explore a remote and great destination: Cusco, Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Incredible hotel nestled deep in the heart of Sacred Valley. Everything was top notch, including the explorations and gastronomy. Each meal was perfect and we loved learning about the ingredients from our wait staff. We had a lovely Pachamanca dinner on the final night and got to meet chef Manuel. All the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our days doing small explorations and resting in our beautiful lodge. This was a perfect place to chill after all the traveling we did in Peru - thank you team Explora... we will be back!

Peru Quechua's Lodge Ollantaytambo is gelegen in Ollantaytambo met uitzicht op de bergen en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde keuken, bar, tuin en terras. This is a family place. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was homemade and fullfilling. Despite the water problema in the city, there was hot water in the shower. The warm huge blanket was so good and we slept really well.
