It’s big and has enough space for you to move around. It’s centrally located, near to a thermal stream too! You can listen to the river flowing when you open the door to the balcony! The owner is very kind, answering all questions and fast responders! Will repeat here if i come to zakopane again!

Very spacious, clean, comfortable house. It was perfect for 8 people. Very good location, nice mountains view from balcony. We really liked staying here, planning to come back in a year.

Aia, grillimisvõimaluse ja mäevaatega Royal House asub Zakopanes, 800 meetri kaugusel Zakopane raudteejaamast. Kohapeal on restoran, tasuta eraparkla ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. The property is pristine and has been decorated and fitted to a high standard throughout with little luxurious touches . The beds were very comfortable too. My daughter loved the stairs which have light sensors as you walk up and down them . Netflix, and Disney plus are installed on the tv’s in the property too which is a bonus for relaxing after a long day exploring. We met the owner , who is kind and very helpful. Only a phone call away . Everything is walking distance ( the Main town and street are 10 minutes walk). You can easily walk to buses if you want to go further, maybe to the thermal spa, which is about 30 mins away on the bus . Although everything is close by - This beautiful property is in a quiet location! This was an important factor to us when booking somewhere to stay. !We got a taxi from the bus station which is 5 mins . ( We don’t travel light )There is a big supermarket 7 mins walk . Outdoor Ice skating rink ( possibly only in the winter) 6 mins. Honestly this accommodation is in a great location. We would absolutely recommend saying at Royal House to anyone ! Thank you for having us ! We will definitely come again 😊
