A strong 10/10 for me with this price. You have all the minimum to stay and be confortable (kettle, cuttlery, a few drawers, a minifridge, a ventilator, a mosquito net, even stuff like a broom to clean your room if you need to). Big and confortable bed, clean and big bathroom, calm and pretty garden, nice bird noises and very comfortable even on rainy days. The owner was extremely kind and attentive, offered new clean towels, brought toilet paper and even emptied our outside trash when we were away. We rented a scooter here and it is good and honest price (it's a must with this location). Basically every negative comment that you could read was taken care of during our stay. In the end, it was better than expected for us. We ended up extending.

Ingtara at Lanta offre un giardino in zona Mai Kaew a Ko Lanta, a 8,5 km da Città Vecchia di Lanta e 8,5 km da Ufficio Postale di Koh Lanta. I loved everything about this place. It was comfy, clean, hospitable, and really integrated with nature. It’s close enough to everything, but also a bit off the beaten path. It felt like a little quiet getaway and it suited me perfectly.

Value: I paid 80% more for similar place on Koh Samui that was farther from beach.

The location was perfect for exploring Krabi. The villa was spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for a long stay, including a full kitchen. The area was calm and peaceful, and the pool was clean and inviting. It was very convenient to rent a scooter or car directly from the owners. They also arrange airport transfers and excursions at reasonable prices. Their service was excellent throughout our stay. I rented a scooter and it was almost brand new. Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance, and Grab delivery is available too. The Nopparat Thara Pier is less than 2 km away. We really enjoyed our week-long stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

We got a brand new room with a panoramic window at the forest. The bed was very comfortable, water was hot and the AC worked perfectly. The hosts were extremely kind, helping us in every way we needed. They even provided taxi from and to Saladan pier. Every morning we got a little sweet local breakfast snack which was really a nice surprise! Next door is a nice restaurant with good food and cheap rent for motorcycle. It’s also close to a mini market shop and 2 minute walk to the perfect beach. Totally recommend!
