A beautiful house on above a gently flowing river, a short drive from Oakhurst, a town not far from Yosemite National Park (about an hour by car to the Valley). A generous room with the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in, an excellent, well-equipped bathroom, and all in total silence. Really nice view over the river (if the room is available) - it rained/snowed heavily while we were there, and were delighted to enjoy the peace of this room during it.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 48 km from Yosemite Arch Rock Entrance, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. Wonderful holiday getaway. So comfortable, well appointed, and perfectly located for a day trip into Yosemite.

If you would like to discover the area, hiking is possible in the surroundings. The room was spacious, the bed was ridiculously comfortable and it was dead silent at night so naturally deep sleep ensued and I woke up refreshed! I didn’t eat the breakfast so I am unable to comment but the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Only 7-8 mins drive to charming downtown Nevada City and a little further is Grass Valley.
