YEN Hidden Valley poskytuje restauraci, venkovní bazén, zahradu a terasu. Ben Beo Harbour se nachází 10 km odtud. We had the apartment with the amazing views over the swimming pool into the valley. Really a view to die for. The resort is very clean, personnel is really nice and helpful, the breakfast complete and for every taste is something available. Yes it’s a bit out of the way but with a scooter (for rent at the resort) it’s only 10 minutes. But being in paradise it’s a just a small effort to make. We had a little issue with our Landry and they solved this on a very good way and without any discussion.

Sice to bylo dál do města, ale zato tam byl klid. Nábytek už něco pamatuje, ale zahrada a bazén vše vynahradí. Výborně vařili a měli dobré ceny. Recepční Judy byla fantastická a zařídila i téměř zázraky, např. domluvila nám vyjížďku na lodi, ráno v den odjezdu jsme si to kvůli počasí rozmysleli a ona nám to posunula na další den. Potřebovali jsme se večer po výletu na lodi přesunout do Ninh Bin a ona nám zařídila taxi k přívozu, malou loď na druhou stranu a tam už nás zase čekalo další taxi. No super a cena byla jen o trochu vyšší než malým busem a navíc nás vyzvedli na hotelu a dovezli na druhý hotel. Skútry půjčovali taky, sice se nám jeden pokazil, ale vše se vyřešilo. Prostě skvělý servis.

So clean, staff very helpful, comfy bed. Food is really good ,we loved the pancakes with honey , location very good as beach 5 min walk and the ten strip walking distance , aircon really strong with Ceiling fan aswell , they had washing machine and dryer which was free and helped fold cloths , really delighted with the property , pool clean and quiet very peaceful, thanks again.

Serena Cat Ba is a wonderful place with beautiful rooms, and a great pool. What really makes it special is the owner, Viet, who truly takes care of everything for you. She gave excellent advice about the best beaches and arranged an amazing evening excursion where we saw glowing plankton. Viet also helped us immensely to make sure we left the island on time to catch our connection to Ha Long Bay

We hired scooter from just next door with 150,000Dong per day. The staff is super nice and helpful. Food is also very here.!

The location is really good, just a quick walk from the main road. The pods are really comfortable, well made, with nice modern amenities. They’re also in a really good location, we enjoyed walking along the road a short distance into the town. The staff/team that run and look after the property were amazing. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the pods for Cat Ba accomodation.
