The garden was lovely. Room was clean and kitchen had all you needed to prepare food if you wanted to. Owners were very nice and responsive to emails.

The Sai Gon Suite is a delightful little apartment in the heart of Grimsby. It is well appointed with everything you'd need for a nice stay. Free parking, comfy bed and proximity to the main commercial area made this an ideal spot for us. Nice touches such as laundry soap, coffee pods and a flat-screen tv were much appreciated. The owner was quick to respond to messages had we needed anything. Thank you Maria!

I loved everything about this cozy nook. The bottle of champagne and added treats were lovely. The bed was so cozy. I have no idea a pub was downstairs and I wish we had time to go. I would recommend, I already have recommended it and next time we are down that way visiting our friends again we will be staying there again. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. ❤

The host Alfred was always willing to answer all my questions before booking. He was so kind to help make the rental low-scent/non-scent due to my fragrance sensitivity and allergies before we arrived. The rental is exactly as shown on the website. Exceptionally clean and perfectly stocked. It was a half hour drive to Sherkston Shores, and 20 min to Niagara Falls. Walmart was 10 min away. Area is quiet so always got a good night’s sleep. Cozy Cove is a very comfortable accommodation and had everything we needed for a few days' stay to visit our son in St. Catharines. Very close walk to cafés and restaurants on St. Paul Street (practically around the corner from the delicious De La Terre bakery!). The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. My husband and I have agreed that this is a no-brainer to book every time we come visit - no need to research other accommodation. This place is excellent value for money!
