The hotel is brand new, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The front desk staff, Rosa and Rudy, are amazing. They greeted us with warm smiles and always wanted to make sure we were happy with our stay. The housekeeping staff is the best staff we have ever encountered. We've been traveling for a while now and stayed in many hotels, and we have never experienced this type of impeccable service. All we can really say is, "WOW!"

The location is very good in the middle of the castle, the view from there is amazing exactly like the staff.The girl who worked there was so nice helped us with everything that we needed and prepared something very sweet in the room for my birthday. She gave me flowers, a small cake and a bottle of wine that they are making by them self!! It was very tasty, try it when you are there. I would visit again!
