Everything is excellent about this hotel, the staff are very helpful and super friendly and always smiling. The lady in the kitchen is also very welcoming. The location is great in the heart of Gyumri. The rooms are really well equipped, and spacious and very comfortable beds and pillows. Extremely clean. Wifi Speed is excellent for video calls and remote working. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Gyumri.

Great location, great staff, the hotel is new and extremely clean! The lobby is big and very comfortable! Breakfast is good, difficult to say that it is amazingly delicious but for me it was completely satisfied!
