We are very satisfied with our stay at Igit Plaza! The hotel is very new, modern, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to get around. We also appreciated the free parking, which was a big plus. The stay was perfect! Absolutely comfortable and clean room with everything what you need! Staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Everything is excellent about this hotel, the staff are very helpful and super friendly and always smiling. The lady in the kitchen is also very welcoming. The location is great in the heart of Gyumri. The rooms are really well equipped, and spacious and very comfortable beds and pillows. Extremely clean. Wifi Speed is excellent for video calls and remote working. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Gyumri.

Everything. The stuff is really friendly and actually speaks english so we were able to comunicate. The hotel is a 1-2min walk from the main square. There is a secured parking behind the building. The breakfast was actually one of the best we had. There is a kitchen that you can use and you can always have a coffee, the, so perfect for longer stays.
