We are very satisfied with our stay at Igit Plaza! The hotel is very new, modern, and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. I liked everything. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and have everything you need for a stay, the bed was comfortable, the service was exceptional. The breakfast was also good. There was something for every taste, from sweet to salty. Loved my stay here and would absolutely recommend it.

Everything one would expect from a decent hotel - all the little extra touches, super clean and a great location (opposite my favourite cafe, Aregak, and the fab Azlamazyan Sisters Gallery). I loved Gyumri and hope to return - if I do, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Two mini suggestions - some hangers in the wardrobe please, and a full length mirror.

Great location, great staff, the hotel is new and extremely clean! The lobby is big and very comfortable! Breakfast is good, difficult to say that it is amazingly delicious but for me it was completely satisfied!
