Place and Facilities. Most of all, kind and dedicated people in Diplomatic Hotel. Francisco, Conzalo in reception and Luiz in concierge were quite nice and supportive. Especially, supervisor Franco supported me a lot on the check-out date in relation to flight cancellation due to national strike of airport. One of the rememberable hotels in the history of my visit. Quite strongly recommendable.

Staff where all friendly and helpful without having to ask There was a winery on site. They offered free wine in lobby from 0800 to 2000. What a treat. Another bonus was being connected to another Hilton next door and a Sheraton Hotel with a casino. All the amenities from all three where available to Hualta guests. Sheraton had a pool table on their bar.

This was a little gem in the middle of the city!!! The staff (Sofia and Frederico) were incredible and helped us with anything we needed...although my Spanish is getting better they both were fluent in English! The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our 7 day stay. The pool was a welcomed relief on the hot days. Location was also great, walkable to everywhere. Highly recommend this posada! Muchas gracias por todo!

This hotel is located next to Mendoza bus timetable. It was very handy for our departure to Santiago. However it was evident that previously there was more direct access via an underpass now blocked off. Access to Mendoza town was easy from the location. We asked for and were given a very large room at no extra cost. The breakfast was pretty expansive and staff efficient and friendly. This is a good value hotel in a convenient location with air conditioning. Good value for money.
