I don't normally give 10's, because then how do you rate those places that are truly exceptional. Posada de las Vinas is the epitome of exceptional. Gustavo and Alicia are warm and gracious hosts. The other staff are just as nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere is tranquil and relaxed. The food and the wine... oh my God!! We shared New Year's Eve with Gustavo and Alicia, their family and friends, and the other guests. Dinner was three hours, featuring the Argentinian epitome of BBQ - the Asado, and excellent wine from the vines growing only a few meters away. Liz and I speak very little Spanish, but we really felt like part of the family - pool time, walking with the dogs through the vineyard, reading on the balcony. It's not fancy, but if you want good down-home comfort this is the place to be.

Beautiful facility with relaxed environment. Rooms are good-sized and well appointed, bathroom is terrific and bed is comfy. Staff is very helpful. Included breakfast was great.

Beautiful facilities, lovely staff, comfortable. It’s a little out of town in a developing district, but I walked back at night as a lone woman and didn’t feel uncomfortable.

I think this is the best hotel we have stayed in recently. Aesthetics, style, tranquility! Very beautiful! There is a delicious restaurant on site, and we also took advantage of the massage salon! For children there is a children's room and a playground! But most importantly, there is a stable on the territory and you can ride horses among the vineyards! We are delighted! We will definitely come back again!

The location was stunning, so close to Cafayate and yet so quiet and peaceful. A great way to visit Cafayate and surroundings. The Finca has a lot of ambiance and staff were friendly and helpful. The wine tasting tour was very informative. This is one of the oldest wineries in Cafayate.
