It’s positioned a perfect location for access to skiing facilities. The staff, all the staff were wonderful, caring accommodating and genuinely nice people. The hotel is well equipped - spotlessly clean and well maintained. Bedrooms were well thought out, set up with quality furniture and the most comfortable beds you could find.

The hotel was exceptional! The rooms may be basic, but they are equipped with everything you need, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with anything. The spa was an amazing experience – of very high quality, spacious, clean, and relaxing. It was clear that the hotel paid attention to every small detail to ensure a perfect experience. It's worth noting that the spa is nude-only, which might be unfamiliar to some, but once you get over the initial hesitation, it’s an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. An excellent experience all around – we’ll definitely be back!

My stay was excellent. The staff members were friendly, professional, and attentive. The rooms were well-equipped and very clean. The property is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the main ski lift, making it an ideal spot for a ski vacation. The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Ramsau, just a few steps from the stadium where all the cross-country tracks do start. The hotel offers free parking and upon entering, you are welcomed by more than attentive staff. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous and more than rich. We also dined at the hotel and all the meals were greatly cooked and meticulously designed and prepared. The wellness is great and offers plenty of possibilities to relax.
