Everything was great, all the staff of the hotel, all equipment and facilities of the hotel (e. g. spacious indoor parking place; ski room - which is really awesome, it's big and perfectly equipped; beautiful wellness and restaurant...). The food is really very delicious. The rooms are beautiful, sufficiently equipped and clean. The location of the hotel, on the hill, allows to have a beautiful view on the whole Kaprun. The kindness of all staff, their willingness to help, beautiful environment, delicious food, great equipment and facilities of the hotel, make the hotel a wonderful place to stay. I strongly recommend it.

Location is excellent as there are many nearby places to visit. Hotel is modern and finished to a high standard. Great breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel sorted a taxi for our group to a restaurant in the hills, excellent! It's on our Hotel list for more visits.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in so far. The hotel is wonderful, the location is fantastic, the services are top-notch, and the staff is truly professional, flexible, helpful, and always very kind. The pool and wellness area are exceptionally well-maintained and managed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and extremely welcoming, and the bathroom was exceptional. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast, both of which were top-notch.

This is a well managed family boutique hotel which boasts new, clean and sharp rooms. They are generally spacious and the balconies have beautiful scenic views. The breakfast quality is also very good! The family that manages this hotel is very helpful and available for any support. Amazing staff, very clean and nice room, delicious breakfast, great facilities (sauna, storage room for skis) and super nice location between two lifts. We definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we visit Kaprun in the future.
