Very comfortable and tastefully decorated, the kitchen was fully equipped and plenty of hot water. The apartment was nice and warm and there were fluffy duvets on the bed. Very close to the Heinrich Harrer Museum. Just perfect, we loved it.... many thanks to our hostess!

We loved everything about this place. So beautiful and peaceful. The views in the drive to it and from the home were amazing. Very, very clean. The facilities for the children were fantastic, beautiful gardens with amazing views. The family are wonderful people, very friendly, relaxed and accommodating. 100% we will be back!

My wife and I managed only one night and one walk, as we were on our way to our planned holiday in Italy. We can very easily imagine a longer stay here: - The location is indeed very special. Gurk itself has certainly a fantastic setting, but the hotel is the place itself. - The room was very spacious, the bathroom itself had the size of a hotel room :-). We had the luck to have a corner room, with windows facing two directions with great views, but I can imagine that each room is great. - Parking is just right to the entrance, easy. - The staff was friendly and helpful. - We had just the breakfast; the unusual is that you have your table reserved; actually the system is fine, particularly if the place is more busy than during our stay. The choice and the quality was very good. Apart from the pre-paid meal we had a little wine and coffee in the coffee next to the reception desk, and it was great. - You can make walks or trips around, the countryside just invites for that. And you can hire a bike, if you decide only later. - A cozy little sitting area in the room, if you want to just sit what a while with your cup of tea/coffee (tea/coffee making possible in the room). - WiFi was available and working.

Extremelly beautiful and breathtaking location. Staff was super kind and friendly. The room are super large and well furnished and facing in the garden was amazing! We had a dinner and was good, typical flavors and clean taste, love it. Breakfast as well deserve the moment after a good sleep. Highly recommendedd.

Very friendly staff. Tasty food and large portions. Breakfast included was great. Everywhere clean and tidy. Clean towels in the room every day. The room is quite large and tastefully furnished with a small fridge, TV and wifi. I recommend it 😊.

In my opinion, the hotel is absolutely perfect for a...

In my opinion, the hotel is absolutely perfect for a business trip. The breakfast is portioned, but very filling and tasty. The hotel is located in a historic house, but very clean and perfectly maintained. The location is almost in the city center (100 meters to the center). The hotel staff is very kind and accommodating. I would definitely return to this hotel and stay longer.
