This was the best stay of our entire trip! 🌟 The cleanliness was outstanding — the room was spacious and absolutely spotless. It had everything we needed, thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable night. The breakfast was fantastic, fresh and delicious. The location is perfect, especially if you’re traveling to the sea in Croatia or Montenegro — easy access and super convenient. And the sweetest touch — our son found a toy waiting for him in the bed. That surprise made him so happy! 💙 It’s those little things that make a place truly special. Everything was as we desired. The hotel parking is nicely situated in front of the hotel and in between buildings. A very professional lady at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and explained in detail everything we needed to know about our stay, room and the hotel. Enjoyed at the bar an excellent local Puntigamer beer which was recommended by a very professional lady at the bar. The entrance, lobby, reception desk, bar, shop and restaurant are very nicely designed and arranged. The room and bathroom are very tidy and perfectly clean. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is good quality and the towels are soft. Slept like a baby. :) The breakfast is so perfect that you have to experience it yourself. The girl at the reception at check-out professionally explained all details regarding our hotel bill prior to payment. I will definitely come again as soon as I am in that part of Austria.
