Well placed, with the tube just right in front of the hotel, the hotel was a very comfortable, pleasing to the eye, place to stay for a week-long stay in Wien. The staff were all very pleasant kind and very helpfull. The room was large, well equiped and the balcony is definitely a plus. I recommend without any hesitation

The hotel was absolutely lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal. We went for my 30th birthday celebration and the hotel made sure to sent some champagne with our breakfast the day of which was so kind of them. This was on top of the bottle of wine they gift each guest with at the beginning of their stay. It was clear that they also take into account all reviews and feedback - we read before we went that some people struggled with the light switches and using the phone of the room so the hotel prepared a room guide that hands to all guests. The hotel also gave us a guide on where to eat, shop, have coffee, and what to visit if we only had a day in Vienna. We tried most of their recommendations and exceeded expectations. They even provided us with free umbrellas when the weather was poor and these little touches make this affortable hotel feel very special. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so lovely.

The room is big enough and has a balcony with nice garden view and bird calls. Good quality organic breakfast. 24 hours free coffee and tea at the lobby. Hotel is very close to metro station. Everywhere at the hotel is very clean. It is easy and quick to check in & check out. I recommend the hotel. If I visit Vienna again, I definitely stay this hotel. Some toiletries are missing such as cotton buds, cotton pad, hair comb....

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an outstanding experience for me and my family. The amenities are top-notch, truly deserving of a five-star rating. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is also very good. All was excelent, indeed hotel is well managed, quality fittings and good design. Despite Ring position it ise very quite inside which we found amazing. Only problem was invoice as administrator did not send invoice to us for a week long period....multiple calls were needed. This is minor remark. We would recommend this hotel and we will definitely repeat our visit. Good work!
