Everything was great, all the staff of the hotel, all equipment and facilities of the hotel (e. g. spacious indoor parking place; ski room - which is really awesome, it's big and perfectly equipped; beautiful wellness and restaurant...). The food is really very delicious. The rooms are beautiful, sufficiently equipped and clean. The location of the hotel, on the hill, allows to have a beautiful view on the whole Kaprun. The kindness of all staff, their willingness to help, beautiful environment, delicious food, great equipment and facilities of the hotel, make the hotel a wonderful place to stay. I strongly recommend it.

This is a well managed family boutique hotel which boasts new, clean and sharp rooms. They are generally spacious and the balconies have beautiful scenic views. Amazing staff, very clean and nice room, delicious breakfast, great facilities (sauna, storage room for skis) and super nice location between two lifts. We definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we visit Kaprun in the future.

The area The view Hotel staff The owners From house service to the owner, everyone was so helpful and friendly.. anything you need they will help u out i was there with my 6 months old baby anything i needed for me baby like hot water make baby food hot or keep food in kitchen freezer they never said no kitchen staff is so humble and helpful they are real heros from breakfast shift to the night shift ones every one play there part very well the owner gave us Table fan as there is no AC or fan in rooms.

One of the best hotel i ever stay in the area. Nice staff very helpful always welcome you. Front desk reception Gely nice lady helping with lots of info. Nice location of the hotel very quiet. Very good breakfast fantastic. Lots of free car parking.
