Benalla is a lovely town.
Benalla is a lovely town. This was our third time visiting as we pass through on the way from Sydney to Melbourne. The Botanic Gardens and Art galleries should not be missed. Taking a walk through the lovely shops and backstreets will reveal many interesting paintings on the walls. For longer stays there are also silo trails which need a car to explore. The locals are friendly and there are plenty of supermarkets and takeaways for convenient food.Guest review byGayle - 8.0

Great spot for base for silo art tour. The people are friendly and the town had everything we needed. Pizza was amazing, dinner at the Northo was great, information agency stayed open for us and was very helpful. Benalla has some wonderful history, go and visit the Visitor's Information Centre. The art gallery is fantastic and my favourite place, they also have a lovely cafe, not open Tuesdays. Very pretty botanical gardens by the art gallery to wander and ponder. The main street has everything you would need on a trip including, banks, clothes, a Reject shop, phone shops etc. It does seem to have a few too many bottle shops and I did notice a few spaced citizens!Guest review byJade RosinaAustralia - 10

There is so much space for a 2 bedroom place and there has been so much thought and planning put in to make the home 5 Stars.
