The room was always clean. Room service staff always kept the room in a good condition. The room was spacious and well furnished. Always having a very good supply of coffee, tea and sweetener. Lots of light in the room that you can control if you need bright light or dim light. The hotel is so close to public transit. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. They make sure to take care of the room and any maintenance that needs to be done, they do it proactively without me having to ask. Overall, great stay and totally recommended. Thank you

A beautifully presented building.Cleanliness was exceptional. The staff must work incredibly hard to maintain such high standards. We stayed in a triple room with a garden view. Fabulous space with two good-sized beds with the bonus of separate rooms (slide over door but perfect for a little privacy). The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and shower pressure great, although the hot water took a little time to come through. Great sized TV, tea/coffee making appliance. We didn't need to use the A/C because we stayed in winter. Breakfast was sufficient, hot drinks, toast, jams, fruit, cereal, fruit juice. Fabulous location, near great eateries, shops, and Chatswood station - less than a 10 minute walk away. We will definitely stay again!

Hotel clean with friendly welcomes from all the staff we met. The room was clean and fresh with good aircon, and the cleaning staff moved silently around our schedules. Good range of breakfast foods with cheerful musical chef Chris and other staff making a lovely atmosphere. Reception staff were helpful and friendly too. There are no rooms in the hotel with windows that face the highway - they are all on the opposite side of the building. It's important. I kept a window open day and night and the sound of traffic was remote even during the day. The view is great (4th floor). There is fridge, microwave, cutlery & crockery in the room. Walking distance to Artarmon or Chatswood train station and shops.
