The owner was very helpful, we had to park an enormous loaded trailer. Given the remote outback desert location and limited accommodation in this area, the cabins were very basic but clean, and well stocked with all necessities. The Chinese restaurant meal was a welcome change from the horrible service station food encountered on the way. If we ever travel this way again we will stay at the Main Reef Motel. Thank you !

Really enjoyed my stay at Ridges, staff encountered were nice & friendly. Reception staff member was so helpful in finding, understanding in locating the guest laundry room. Experienced an issue with someone else who used my room number when ordering breakfast. Was staggered that happened and staff would not assure me it would and was investigated.

The staff were extraordinarily accommodating and responsive, they arrived within 5 minutes when I reported a problem with the car gate and had it fixed within half an hour. They thought of the little touches like chocolates on the bed, a litre of milk in the fridge, enough spare blankets and towels, a fully stocked kitchen with every pan, plate, utensil you would need and parking was off street and gated
