Great place to discover the city of Lankaran and the region. The room was big, clean and very comfortable, the breakfast is delicous and the atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic. There is big supermarket next to it where you can buy anything you need during the day, while the big bazar and the city center is in walking distance also. BIG THANK YOU TO THE STAFF for the warm welcome and care during our stay. They are always ready to help you and have good ideas what to see. A very comfortable, quiet and spacious apartment, in a great location in the city centre, with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We really enjoyed our visit.

very lovely and helpful owner. If you have a car this is a great base for exploring the beautiful surrounding nature. The house has enough space for four people and a big garden.

Location is 10 min walking distance from the beach. Has a swimming pool and live music after dinner. Rooms are great, modern, big and clean. Wifi is perfect. Staff of nice and hotel restaurant is incredible. Recomend it for sure!

We spent 1 night at Sim Guesthouse and we had a fantastic experience. Our hosts were very friendly and hospitable. Shamil took us on a hike to a local waterfall and hilltop viewpoint which was superb. We had an evening meal here for an additional cost and the food was delicious and plentiful. The room and bathroom, which are shared, were spotless. We used Bolt to get to the guesthouse from Lankaran, the road to Sim village is fully asphalted up to 2km from the village.
