Staff were absolutely fantastic. Went out of their way to help with everything we needed. Day we were leaving our flight was in the afternoon, they let us stay in the room until we had to leave for airport. I will definitely be back. Waiter called Musa made our stay. He made sure we were looked after all at all times. The girls on reception as well. In all honesty I can not wait to come back. Thank you guys 😊

The property was a good value for many. Our room was clean and spacious enough for family with two children. Reach breakfast and tasty dinner. There is a tram station close to the hotel ( 4 min walk) which takes you directly to the city centre to Baščarčija. The staff is polite and willing to help. There is a big secured parking space in front of the hotel. Perfect!

Great hotel, within easy walking distance of the airport and a taxi or bus ride from the Centre! Also not too far from the War tunnel. Rooms large and comfortable, lovely free breakfast with a Chinese restaurant also on site! Staff were friendly and helpful.
