This is a very good place to stay in Livno. Perfectly clean and centally located. 5 minutes walk to town center with grocery stores and loads of cafés and bars in the pedestrian zone. Old buildings and sights in 5-10 minutes walk (uphill) are worth a visit. Free parking right in front of the building. Bathroom and kitchenette are very new and in excellent condition. The host put some coffee and tea bags and even cookies which was good because shops are closed on Sunday here.

Host were super friendly, we had the most amazing time there and only wished we could have stayed longer. We definitely recommend this place and we will definitely go back next time we are in the area. The horses are amazing, house has everything you need, it’s really clean and comfortable.

The cleanest place I've ever been to. There is a terrace from the rooms, and the rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and the hosts left us coffee, tea etc. The bathroom is spacious and has both a shower and a bathtub. We were there with dogs and they were super accommodating. Absolutely all praise.

Rooms are exactly like on the photo. Style reminds me of an old English hotel. Each room has everything you need for a basic comfort. Fun fact, every room has different pop or rock stars original music cd on the wall. In the hall there is a refrigerator for general use. Hotel is really central for everything needed. Atm, restaurants and bars,shop for food and some clothes, bazar one time in the week (Friday), farmacie, barbershop and most important parking. Parking thou is most of the times full but if lucky it's really comfortable place to park,next to hotel self. About payment of parking if you come after 15.00 it's free to park till 07.00 next day,after they ask 0,60 cent bam for 1 hour till 15.00 again. But if you don't go out with the car, don't have to pay at all. Last but not least is that the host is really friendly, helpful and a general good person who will help with anything you ask as long as it ofcourse normal things and in his power. For me staying there felt cozy and homelike,I will definitely come back again.

EXCEĹENT. Everything is more than perfect. Close to downtown, but silent position and very clean and very good equipt. Two outside area for sitting on both side of apartment for enjoying the evening with glass of wine by watching the hills as well as for early morning coffee. The host and his wife are exceptionally nice and helpful for any request. Beautifull people, beautifull souls. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances as at own home. The bed is very comfortable and bedding are made of cotton, which is for me the hight level of care for details from the host. A lot of towels in the bathroom, shampoo, toaletpaper, hairdryer, and everything else you can think of. It cannot be ask for more. No doubt that we will come again.
