The Staff were great and made sure that we were pampered and that our stay was perfect; the room was very beautifully decorated; the breakfast was amazing!; and the location is excellent. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommended for a stay in the heart of Bruges with pets.

Rooms were beautiful, clean and well equipped, as were the swimming and sauna area. The public areas of the hotel are designed with taste and are partly historical heritage. The hotel lies smack in the middle of the historical center of Bruges, but we didn't have any trouble with noise during our stay. We parked at the nearby parking garage Pandreitje for €15,80 / 24 hours, which we found a fair price. The staff was very friendly and recommended us what we could go and see in the city during our brief stay. The breakfast was excellent! Easily among the very best hotels I have yet stayed at.

This trip to Brugge was one of these favorites I will never ever forget. The whole experience was surreal and very emotional and Canal Suites were a piece of puzzle that made the whole story complete. I was absolutely thrilled with my room, it was so beautiful and special and for all of you who like to upgrade your trip to a higher visual and emotional experience Canal Suites have my warm recommendations, I loved it

    If you expect accommodation like in a standard hotel, this is not the place for you. Here you live individually, in an old building with history. There was breakfast on the terrace every morning and nothing was left to be desired. The family room was big enough and we slept very well. The hosts are wonderful and we had a great time. And our dog Enya was not only allowed, she was warmly welcomed. We couldn't ask for a better place.
