Prea is a small fishing village in the north west of Brazil that is slowly transforming in to a hip, shabby chic kitesurfing capital. There is no shortage of wind here. Kite schools are abundant and the constant wind means it's the perfect place to learn. There are plenty of places to stay from budget all the way up to the high end with sea views and swimming pools.
