The Sai Gon Suite is a delightful little apartment in the heart of Grimsby. It is well appointed with everything you'd need for a nice stay. Free parking, comfy bed and proximity to the main commercial area made this an ideal spot for us. Nice touches such as laundry soap, coffee pods and a flat-screen tv were much appreciated. The unit was very clean, everything you would need on a trip was there, even shampoo, kit hen had basics, and even provided coffee, really for the price, it was a great deal, bed was a bit hard but I'm old and just my opinion, great location ..2 min to town, close to , welland , pelham and Niagara, hamilton

I had absolutely no problem whatsoever in getting my coffee maker changed out to what I had pods for. From the front desk staff all the way to house keeping and maintenance, exceptional, curtious and helpful. Their objective was the satisfaction of their guests. The place was full of competitors crazy busy, the staff was not phased in the least. Their game was in full view. Thank you. 5 stars plus!
