Not far from Vancouver International Airport. Friendly staff at check-in and check-out. The room was clean and and nice. It was a good choice for staying a night to catch a morning flight on the next day if arrive at Vancouver during the evening or night. The airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes from early morning till noon, then from afternoon till midnight.

    I did not spend much time in Richmond this trip, as I came in to see the Lene Lovich show at the Rickshaw theatre in Vancouver. I am however familiar with, and drawn to Richmond, particularly for it's diversity in both people and entertainment options.

    Richmond is a very beautiful city.

    Richmond is a very beautiful city. It is very clean, and the natives are extremely helpful and friendly. The Public Transportation system is very comprehensive and very easy to navigate. {Elvin and Kitty August 2025}

    Very expensive. Especially the restaurants. Area was ok.

    Very expensive. Especially the restaurants. Area was ok. It was a reasonable ride to Vancouver, not far from the airport. We felt safe in the area where Sandman is. We used Uber to get to the cruise and the hotel shuttle fir the airport. I was surprised they didn't have a shuttle for the cruise ships even if they charged.

    Wonderful area. Clean, beautiful.

    Wonderful area. Clean, beautiful. Close to Steveston Waterfront. You do need a car, but there are so many excellent restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed walking along the waterfront, and the Britannia Shipyards was a must see.

    I enjoyed being in Richmond, nice quiet area traffic wasn’t too bad, if I were to ever go back I would definitely stay in the same hotel, I enjoyed visiting people from all walks of life and amazed to hear where they arrived from and where they’re travelling to, I was fascinated with one traveller when he said he was going on an Alaskan cruise!

    Another great stay at Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport. This is one of the few hotels in Richmond that has suites so family can have enough room. My conference was at a different hotel, but I chose the Radisson for its suites, proximity to the skytrain, in house restaurant, and competitive rates. Great staff and quick response when I asked for extra blankets. I like the set up of the suite with the mini kitchen between the two sleeping areas. Appreciated the easy check in and text updates.

    They give you a little breakfast bag at the front desk which was super handy to take out with me during the day while I explored. I'd read other reviews of how out-dated the hotel was, so I wasn't surprised to see the old furniture in the room when I arrived, but regardless of being older, it was all clean and tidy. The bed was comfy too. There is a bus-stop near by to take you to the airport or uber is easy and cheap.

    This hotel is modern, stylish and has a very fresh and uplifting approach to decor. The room was spacious and well appointed with luxurious bedding, robes, slippers and attention to detail. It was a stunning view over the mountains and so close to the airport. An unexpected bonus was the close proximity to the Richmond Night Market which was fun to visit.

    Just what we wanted after having to exit an Air New Zealand flight from Vancouver to Auckland New Zealand due to engine failure. The Hotel had a shuttle service from airport to hotel and vice versa as well as supplying a very good breakfast. The price was reasonable as well as looking after our bags while we toured Vancouver.
