The metal shower curtain bar fell on my head while.showering. When I reported this to reception, the guy on duty laughed. I asked for another room due to traffic noise all night. They had no other room so received a refund for second.night. There was also a fridge which didn't cool drinks at all and a tiny balcony overlooking the supermarket next door.
