We arrived very early, but we were able to check into our room, and meet family to enjoy the rest of the day. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast, with local oat speciality which we enjoyed. Underground secure car park with easy access into the hotel. Excellent value for Switzerland.

Overall a good experience, little far away from Zurich (40 mins on train from Zurich HB) but there is public transport available until 12.30am which is 9 mins walk from the hotel.

Right outside Zurich Altstetten station, 2 stops after main Bahnhof. 5 minute walk from the hotel to trains which run with superb precision in Switzerland compare to UK! and very well soundproofed rooms. Lovely large rooms for 3 adults, very relaxing, particularly after our 4 day mountain walks and cycling. I can imagine it'll be great for business travellers. Outside seating area for breakfast and coffee etc is nice and comfortable and you don't feel the effect of the trains running in a negative manner. The spa looked great, adequate gym, and lovely relaxation rooms to chill in if you needed. Our rooms gave a free Starbucks coffee voucher and a bottle of water. We didn't have breakfast. I'd definitely stay again, price is great and within in 15 minutes you're in the city centre.

The convenience of the overnight break of our long trip towards our winter holiday destination. we had a comfortable stop. Staff helped with getting into the parking which was a bit tricky cause of the roof box and also with the charging of our e-vehicle.

I recentlystayed at FIVE Zurich, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The hotel is located about 3–4 kilometers from the city center, but getting there is easy due to good train connections. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member named George, who took the time to introduce me to the hotel and its facilities. I didn’t feel the need to dine outside the hotel because the food offered was truly good. Additionally, I had the privilege of meeting some of the kindest and most professional waitstaff I’ve ever encountered. A special mention goes to the wonderful staff member who, outside of her working hours, kindly offered to take photos of me around the hotel. Her gesture truly enhanced my stay. Overall, my experience at FIVE Zurich was remarkable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. The combination of outstanding service, convenient location, and excellent amenities made my stay unforgettable.

    Dietikon is on the railway to central Zurich and other places in Switzerland. But if you are coming to Zurich via the airport, it's a complicated journey by either car or train so I would try to fine a district that is near the airport or between it and central Zurich. If you are going to visit western suburban Zurich it should be a good location.

    You have to appreciate this hotel for what it is. It is a purely business hotel or a budget friendly holiday hotel. It is clean, in a location with multiple restaurants, free parking (either underground or next to the hotel), decent breakfast with good quality products. Staff was friendly too. There is also a tram just outside the hotel that can take you downtown, very convenient.

    Modern and well equipped hotel. Reasonably sized room. Very good breakfast. Free parking. Generally very good service for the price. Considering that it was one of the cheapest choices in the area, it definitely does not look as budget hotel. Online check-in with room key in your mobile looked strange but finally it worked very well.

    Good price - quality. Hotel is correct, the bathroom was very spacious and beds were comfortable. It's a bit far from the center but well connected by public transportation. For the price you pay is very good!
