We come to this hotel whenever we are in the Lucerne area. It is AMAZING! Love everything from the staff, to the incredible views from the balcony, the room service, the huge range of delicious foods for breakfast and the playroom for kids. Every corner of the hotel has something fun and interesting! Will always stay here!

This is one of the best hotels i have ever been to and this is a great place for kids to enjoy their vacations . With all the fun activities that you can do including water slides , trampoline park , arcade, pool, etc. The kids also had three foods of the day completely free which was amazing and really easy for the parents to access food when they need it + Amazing views!! Amazing location with views of the lake on the terrace, comfy beds (I wanted to take the duvet and pillows home!), good food and a super friendly team working at the hotel. My dogs were made as welcome as us. We took the dinner bed and breakfast option which we don't opt for often when travelling but due to the location thought it best - we were not disappointed.

This is a new, modern hotel with all of the amenities you could ask for. Every room has a lovely view, since the hotel is on the 7th floor. The breakfast that comes with the room, is exceptional. The restaurant is on the top floor with amazing views from every direction. All of the staff, are able to speak English, so you do not need to worry about any language barrier. You can start off your day, with a lovely breakfast including: fresh croissants, made to order eggs, cheeses, meats, juice, yogurt, muesli and phenomenal coffee. Need I say more. This hotel also has an amazing restaurant for lunch and dinner. I would recommend, making reservations for any meals, prior to arrival. The Chef has an excellent reputation and his dishes, are just amazing. He outsources his ingredients from the surrounding area and it is truly a lovely experience.

    Long narrow drive up to Isenthal, not for the faint hearted. Basic accommodation with friendly staff and excellent location with mountain views. If you don't like pork your out of luck as the restaurant only served various tasty dishes of pork.

    Its a nice village in the swiss mountains.

    Its a nice village in the swiss mountains. The drive up the mountain is an experience on its own (check the times the bus drives up the mountain on the signs before you drive up the road. We had to drive backwards up the mountain for half a km.) There isnt much to do in the village itself, but the surroundings are beautiful.

    Everything is just perfect. House is wonderful and clean. You got everything u need to cook perfect meals for your family. Owner soooo generous and kind. And the place itself, Isenthal Village is the charm and amazingly beautiful. We hike, see and touch the river and picnic in the most beautiful lake. We will definitely visit again.

    The accommodation, location and host were absolutely fabulous, Isenthal is such an amazing place to visit and stay and I would highly recommend. The road up to the village is fine as long as you take note of the bus times which are posted at the bottom and top of the climb.
