The room was appointed / set out very nicely, considering its small size. It was perfectly comfortable for a 1 night stay. The hotel staff were outstanding - we had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, and we were looked after perfectly - thank you all staff.

The room was spacious, had everything we needed for a short stay. Everything was functional and clean. Breakfast was tasty and there was enough choice of food. Staff were nice and helpful. If I ever come back to Brig I would happily stay here again.

Exceptional value for money in Switzerland Excellent communication re self check in. I was lucky enough to be given such a lovely room with a balcony and view of the castle. Such a wonderful location. Easy walk from train Very clean room. Lovely bed linen and comfy mattress. Coffee machine appreciated. Breakfast included. Good choice of fresh fruit. Great service, big rooms, amazing shower, good restaurant, lots to do in the premises. We absolutely loved the spa. We stayed a couple of nights waiting for the road to a ski resort to reopen, so it was not planned. It looks like an amazing family hotel, specially for summer with the tennis courts and all the hiking trails nearby. This hotel was a pleasant surprise.
