Beautiful hotel, with staff who clearly cared about making our stay as nice as possible. We stayed during winter (in July) and while it was cold, each room came equipped with a heater and warm blankets. We also loved the breakfast - bread, meats (or avocado for vegetarians!), cheeses, tomatoes and individual portions of scrambled eggs, along with fruits, yoghurts and cake! The interior was so charming and it was about 30 mins walking to many of the main attractions in Santiago Central :) thank you for such a nice stay!

The hotel is just simply fabulous. Feom rhe moment we arrived, we were treated as honoured guests .Jean was so friendly and welcoming . The building and design is superb .our room was spacious and spotlessly clean .dinner was excellent. There could not be a better place for us as wine lovers. We tasted the wines, visited the excellent cellars and the wine shop where we had a 25% discount as guests. The walks in the beautiful garden and bike rides through the vineyards were wonderful. We can only recommend a stay in this special place with a rich history.

If you are by any chance in Santiago- just do not hesitate a second. It’s an amazing experience. Everything about this place is just top. Even the neighbourhood- the Barro Italia part of the city is the only where I feel safe.

This hotel is amazing. Your morning will start with a delicious two-course breakfast of breads then eggs cooked to your preference. The rooms were spacious, with a large workstation (I bring my laptop while traveling to process photos). The beds were comfortable; they even had turn-down service! Bathroom was clean, shower had amazing water pressure. Location is right next to a vibrant restaurant scene and walking distance to the magnificent Pre-Columbian museum. Make sure to check out the ice cream shop across the street! Finally, I loved the courteous and helpful staff. The service is impeccable and deserve 10 out of 5 stars. After check-out, they even allowed us to use the spa to freshen up before our late flights. The rooftop bar was marvelous, offering a variety of drinks including one with calafate liqueur, which basically guarantees that we'll be back!

Great and new hotel at great location in centre. Great value for the price. Stabile hot water which is not guaranteed in other accomodations in bolivia. Good breakfast and view from top floor over the city.
