Very clean, confortable. The breakfast was various, with many chinese dishes but interesting. My room was amazing confortable, the most I ever had. The personel does speak just a very little english. We used a lot google translate.

I enjoyed staying at Kempinski in Chengdu. Lovely hotel, great spacious, modern and clean rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with swimming pool and spa area but I still would come back here next time. In my opinion it's one of the best hotels in the city alongside The Ritz Carlton and The Temple House.
