Excellent Hostal, welcoming hospitality and very clean, highly recommended if you coming here it’s a good place to meet others and do the great wall together. If you staying more than a night there is the water town 10m taxi away and its Nice to visit too.

This homestay is by far my favourite place I’ve stayed in China. As a solo traveller it felt so nice to be in a family environment and feel at home. They make such an effort to be friendly and chat and I couldn’t have had a better time! They arranged everything for me and made breakfast and dinner which was all delicious! The rooms are also so nice and was a lovely place to relax after a day of hiking. The parts of the wall you can go to are also so so beautiful and so quiet if you are visiting the Great Wall I don’t think you could visit anywhere better than here! They also drop you off and pick you up and are available if you need any help. They are such fun and kind people and I was so sad to leave! Hope to be back one day to visit in the summer time :)

A great place to stay. The owner helped us very much when we wanted to visit the great wall and then also he brought us to the area the Ming tombs two visit places. With a great Chinese culture to discover. The food was very good and we where taken very care. Breakfast and dinner the real chines way. With very good taste too.. And special for us we had coffee and thee the Dutch way.

Difficult to find the location for foreigners and even for our cab driver. The owner went to receive us at the street to make sure we did not miss her. We had the top floor. Awesome with the jacuzzi and cinema projector. Very spacious. Owner was very friendly and helped us with the tickets. Even drove us as VIP at no charge to the entrance of the Great Wall (as we had limited time due to forecasted rain).
