I've never seen a hotel like this before! 🤯 The Shanghai Heyi Tang Hotel. 🏨 I stayed at the Pudong branch during a business trip to Shanghai and also brought my family along for a trip. Considering it would be convenient for taking care of the kids, I wanted to book a hotel that provided scenic - spot pick - up services when making the reservation. 🚥 After doing some online research, I found that the Shanghai Heyi Tang Hotel not only offers pick - up and drop - off services at Pudong Airport but also for five popular scenic spots 🗺— Disneyland, Haichang Ocean Park, Planetarium, Wild Animal Park, and Yaoxue Ice and Snow World. Our itinerary was for three days and two nights. The free pick - up and drop - off service is just amazing. I didn't have to worry about transportation during the trip. And the fact that they even offer midnight snacks at this price! Staying at this hotel is just so convenient! ✌ This is truly the top - notch hotel in Shanghai!!

As a guest, I wholeheartedly recommend Crowne Plaza Shanghai Snow World, an IHG Hotel. The service here is exceptional, making you feel right at home. All the staffs there are very friendly and helpful! (100% true) The hotel is located next to Snow World and Water World, allowing us to enjoy leisure time effortlessly. Special mention goes to Manager Wu, Jerry for his thoughtful service, making the entire stay experience even more warm and memorable. This is definitely an ideal accommodation choice, and I look forward to visiting again! (Actually I have already extended the stay for 2 more days)

Exceeded my expectations! Everything was great. I loved their breakfast, which was buffet style with a lot of fresh cooked choices and traditional Chinese foods as well as western foods. The staff were very kind and helpful, had a great small chat with them. The surroundings are beautiful, with a small park within the hotel area, built in traditional Chinese architecture with a small waterfall, koi fish pond, many small lovely bridges and benches to seat on and enjoy the view and sounds. The room was beautiful and modern.
