Very nice hotel run by a family. They provided a map of the national park and planned out an amazing two day route which allowed us to pretty much see all of it. Hotel is just a short walk from the east entrance of the park.

We are very pleased to have come across this hotel. A huge thank you to all the staff especially Hu who showed great care and kindness and was very helpful to us. ☺️ The hotel is ideally located with a beautiful view of the park and beautiful rooms where you can sip delicious Chinese tea. In addition, the hotel offers delicious local dishes prepared by chefs who are clearly masters of their craft. ☺️ All staff very smiling Friendly and very positive towards their guests . Clean spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the national park. ☺️ The hotel staff and the owners will not receive five stars from us but with full responsibility we award six stars 👍🏼☺️. Finally, we would like to add a small detail that even though we didn't have our flight until around midnight, we were able to stay at the hotel and relax in nature with beautiful views of the park. The room is clean, the decoration is new, the bed is large and comfortable, and most importantly, the location is great, right at the entrance of Tianzi Mountain Forest Park. There are also many options for eating and drinking nearby, and it's very close to the station. The front desk gave us a map of the scenic area and explained the tour routes in detail, which was very helpful to us. The breakfast was delicious, and they even gave us a bag of snacks when we checked out. The value for money is very high.

This place is an absolute gem! Waking up to sunrise and watching sunset right from bed is unreal. The pool is a massive hit with the kids – fun and photogenic. Rooms are super comfy with modern bathrooms, and the meals are delicious. The owner and staff are incredibly helpful, even offering rides to the less-crowded park entrance. A relaxing, well-run stay that we highly recommend for families visiting Zhangjiajie!
