Everything. The family who run the hotel are absolutely amazing, they were so attentive to our needs and really happy to help with anything we needed. Everything was kept really clean, and whilst the hotel is far away from the main action, it does mean you’re much further away from all the sellers who tend to harass you, as well as in a more quiet and peaceful area. The hotel was just perfect :) the breakfast was really tasty, as were all other meals (I would personally strongly recommend the chicken coconut curry) but you do have the option of other restaurants if you want to wander off. Having said that, the staff do try and accommodate your needs/ tastes if you want something off the menu, although they don’t serve beef or pork to minimise impact on the environment. You can also go paddle boarding for free for an hour and they also have snorkel equipment you can use for free - really couldn’t recommend this hotel any more highly, stay there and you will have the best time! Location : 10/10 The umbrellas and beds for taking the sun are just for the people staying which is a +++. Place is located in a calm place. Not crowded as other places. Beach in front has not big rocks so you can dive with no problem. Parking is 35.000 COP per night and is around 10 min walking from the entrance of the beach. Staff: 20/10 Heineken was awesome!!! Totally recommend. He was taking care of everything, answered questions and provided insights of activities that could be made there. Cleaning: 10/10 Breakfast:10/10 it was really good and you can take it at some chairs and a table in front of your room. Awesome!

The facilities are beautiful looking on the inside, the property owners go far and beyond to help out with everything you need. Uriel Kiri and Paola are very helpful and great company. They helped us with transport to go to Playa Blanca or playa tranquila, I cant remember the name, and very accommodating hosts.

The staff are absolutely delightful and do everything they possibly can for you! The service was great and the room was exactly as pictured online. It can be really hot on the island, but the fan in the room was super powerful and meant you stayed quite cool and very comfortable, particularly with the cross breeze from the big window. Rooms were a decent size, clean, and comfortable. There was no blaring reggaeton music from this place or any surrounding, which was quite a nice change from Cartagena! We automatically had a tab, which was so nice, as it meant we didn’t have to worry about cards and paying until we checked out. The pina coladas were also incredible!! We loved sitting on the chairs all day, popping in and out of the water to cool down. There are a fair few rocks and coral out the front, but just be aware of it and don’t kick your toe!
