The property is beautiful and the family that runs the lodge is amazing. I am so glad I stayed here. The accommodations are simple and one with nature. This is the type of place you stay when you are interested in a quiet hideaway that prioritizes nature, friendliness, great food, and Costa Rican hospitality. Giovanni is so helpful and warm, his family too, and they have opened up their life to share with travellers and do everything possible to ensure you have a fun trip. He even watches for flat tires and after spying the culprit, a screw, grabbed the air compressor so I could make my way to the station for a repair. Absolutely the best host I have ever stayed with. And the animals!! Extra bonus- it's a slice of heaven spying what is hanging around in the trees and ponds while eating a big breakfast. Additionally he can guide you to less touristy areas that are better than the hotel tours and much cheaper. I can hardly wait to return!

Location was great, close to everything that I had booked. Very good communication, quick replies. The manager/owner went out of his way to come by the property with a card reader for payment. He then suggested a few options for excursions.

The Finca is an oasis in the middle of the jungle, but also well located to enjoy all the activities that La Fortuna/ Arenal has to offer. Looked forward to breakfast every day, and the dome suite was a gem!

The cottage/house was super cozy at very "quiet” place. Leydi, the owner, was super nice and friendly. We had three choices for breakfast. On our request she made the breakfast a bit bigger and shared with us some complimentary bananas from their own garden. We had/saw a sloth on a tree, right in front of the house. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen with dinner few appliances and very basic equipment.

Great location next to the Children's Eternal Rainforest for viewing birds. You really get to see numerous species while eating breakfast. Fabio and Marcela were great hosts, and willingly shared their knowledge on the local wildlife. Accommodations and food were top notch.
