There are many small streets to stroll around.
There are many small streets to stroll around. My favourite architectural details were the many arches, hidden courtyards and the various antique door knockers. You need at least 2 days to unwind and explore. We ate at House 1923 for dinner, and also return for iced coffee. Nice atmosphere ina restore historic hotel. We also took a short drive to Lefkara dam at sunset- if you want o hear th sound of silence, you can find it there.Guest review byNatalieCyprus - 10.0

This village is really cute and it's really a must seen in Cyprus. The only unfortunate thing (and that's a big one) is that this place is really difficult to access. I had to take a bus to Choirokoitia (you can go there from Paphos, Larnaca or Limassol) and then take a cab, and it was the easiest way I found. You have to know that most cab companies will try to scam you and some bus drivers are not friendly with foreigners. A lovely small town, with amazing stone buildings, small streets and really nice shops, restaurants and coffee shops. We stayed the start of April 2022 so it was very quiet and the restaurants shut quite early but that suited us. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant & the staff are very friendly, polite & helpful. The breakfast was very nice too. We stayed for a fairly long period (11 nights) and we appreciated the quietness, the lovely terrace, the kindness of the host who truly made sure we had the best experience. The location is great, in the heart of the old town of Pano Lefkara which however is a bit too quiet in winter (just FYI).
