We spend lovely time in this place, hotel very clean and maintained. We saw staff cleaning around the facilities all day around to keep nice and tidy. Beach areas with sun beds very comfortable. Rooms modern and have a nice sea view, because places just in front of the beach. Most amazing staff I have ever encountered, ladies a reception exceptionally professional and kind. Same for a restaurant, such a lovely people.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean, friendly personal. We ask for early check in and in our surprise we just land and I got message that our room is ready. What a wonderful service. Everyone try the best to accommodate you and to get all you need in time. The pool open 24/7. Amazing clean and really worm and nice water. Exceptional breakfast, usually I avoid to eat at the hotels I am staying but here I felt like home. Amazing atmosphere wonderful people. Definitely recommend. Oh yes beach right across the street. You can pay for sunbed or take seat on the send. All Amazing. Thanx alot Definitely will be back.

We had everything we needed, the reception and relations manager were excellent in service! Location is great, the beach is perfect with lots of sun beds. The room had a great sea view, beds were comfortable. Room was cleaned every day. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options—something for everyone. We had a great holiday in this hotel.

Great value for money! I absolutely enjoyed my stay in Mariandy Hotel! It was a super clean, warm room, the staff was very friendly, nice breakfast. I've booked this location to be close to Windsurf School (Vulcan windsurfing, the only one open winter time, totally recommend) & beaches and it turned out to be perfect! A bit outside of Larnaca town center but bus stop is just across the street and it takes you 10-15mins only. I had to work during the day and WiFi was very strong!

The apartment is brand new, very well and thoughfully equipped with all you might need during the stay. The self check was convenient and the host approved earlier check in which was very helpful due to a red eye flight. The apartment was on the ground floor and studio type with a comfy bed and small kitchenette and bathroom. The host was responsive and professional in his approach. Highly recommended for all wishing to stay in Livadia area of Larnaca.
